Have you updated your HIPAA Notices of Privacy Practices yet? If not, you're overdue.
Under final rules issued in 2024, any HIPAA Notices of Privacy Practices (NPP) need to be updated by February 16, 2026. HUB previously wrote about these rules here.
When our article was originally published, HHS had not yet updated the model notices; however, these have now been updated. The updated notices can be found at the link below.
